Having a strong internet presence has become an invaluable tool to expose your home to this growing market.

First time buyers drive the real estate market; as they enter the market, current owners make their move to upsize or downsize. Hence the “real estate wheel” is engaged.

There are other important factors that drive the market such as the economy and mortgage interest rates.
