Ile-Perrot...Where Old meets New!
The town of Ile-Perrot is one of four towns on the island of the same name. The town is at the western end of Lake Saint-Louis, and is across from the community of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue on Montreal Island. The town boasts the only working windmill in Quebec, dating back to the time when Ile Perrot was a seigneury of New France. Perfect for the budget conscious, Ile Perrot real estate offers a range of affordable housing from modest mid-century homes on quiet streets, to larger, more modern construction. There are currently several active new construction projects as well. Services are readily available, and the many parks and schools make this area very family friendly! The town has a station that is part of the Rigaud-Montreal commuter line, making commuting to the city of Montreal a breeze!
