To me there is no such thing as an ordinary client – not only do I give great attention to detail, I have a strong trade and market knowledge along with being a skilled negotiator.

In these times of complex legalities, I make it my personal mission to always be one step ahead through continuing education. Legalities, Certificates of Location, Deeds, Estate Sales, Company-owned properties, homes that have been extensively renovated, homes previously used for illegal activities to name a few, are all issues that can come up. Many of them shouldn’t come up at all if properly handled right from the beginning.

Buying or selling a home can be potentially stressful, and I am here to reduce that as much as possible. I respect your pace and space. If you are looking for that “pushy salesman” mentality in your Real Estate Broker (which I hope you aren’t!), then keep on looking…but if not, then what you will get is an honest and patient Broker who makes it her personal mission to help others.
